El deporte me dio una sensaci\u00f3n de &#8216;esp\u00edritu de equipo&#8217;, trabajando como una unidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mantenerme en forma se ha convertido en parte de mi estilo de vida, que me ha ayudado a aumentar mi confianza, actitud y mentalidad tanto en la mente como en el cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">My hobbies include: Dancing, Rowing and Keeping Fit\u00a0I find dancing very therapeutic for both my mind and body, it helps keep my fitness levels up too. I also get to dance and have fun with my friends.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I started rowing at a very young age, my parents thought it may boost my confidence and bring me out of \u2018shy\u2019 myself. The sport given me a sense of \u2018team spirit\u2019, working as a unit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Keeping fit has become part of my life style. which has helped me to boost my confidence, attitude and mentality in both mind and body<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Socialiteen: <\/b>\u00bfQui\u00e9n es tu ejemplo a seguir y por qu\u00e9?\/Who is your role model and why?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Cail\u00edn \u00c1ine: <\/b>Mi modelo a seguir es mi prima Sin\u00e9ad Sheppard. Desde muy joven, ella siempre tuvo la ambici\u00f3n de tener \u00e9xito y trabajar duro, a la edad de 19 a\u00f1os estaba en una banda pop irlandesa que vendi\u00f3 muchos otros artistas y grupos irlandeses y luego pas\u00f3 a ser representante del condado como consejera, adem\u00e1s de tener su propio negocio donde dirige clases de baile para ni\u00f1os. En estas clases, ella no solo ense\u00f1a a los ni\u00f1os c\u00f3mo bailar, sino que les da poder para confiar y desarrollar su autoestima, estas habilidades son esenciales para lograr metas en la vida y por esa raz\u00f3n es la persona que m\u00e1s admiro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">My role model is my cousin Sin\u00e9ad Sheppard. From a young very age, she always had an ambition to succeed and work hard, at the age of 19 she was in an Irish pop band that out sold many other Irish artists and groups and then went on to be a county representative as a Councillor as well as owning her own business where she runs dance classes for children. In these classes, she not only teaches kids how to dance but she empowers them to be confident and build on their self-esteem, these skills are essential to accomplishing goals in life and for that reason she is the person I admire the most<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Socialiteen: <\/b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que te motiva todos los d\u00edas?\/ What motivates you?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Cail\u00edn \u00c1ine: <\/b>Estoy muy orientada a los resultados. Hacer un trabajo incre\u00edble y lograr el resultado final deseado es mi principal motivaci\u00f3n. Si bien me gusta trabajar en proyectos por mi cuenta, estoy particularmente motivada por la atm\u00f3sfera de trabajo en equipo. Es muy gratificante trabajar estrechamente con otras personas que comparten los mismos objetivos comunes, como las caridades, que respaldan el bienestar de la salud mental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me gusta asumir un desaf\u00edo; y creo que el mayor desaf\u00edo en todo el mundo al que nos enfrentamos es la salud mental en todos los niveles de gravedad. Lo que me motiva es la comunicaci\u00f3n, es uno de los mejores talentos que cualquier persona puede poseer, desde muy peque\u00f1a me ense\u00f1aron a escuchar antes de hablar y cuando hablas aseg\u00farate de que tu punto sea v\u00e1lido y claro, por lo tanto, aprendes buenas habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n de una edad joven me ha ayudado a promover y articular brevemente la epidemia de desestigmatizaci\u00f3n de la salud mental en todas las sociedades de hoy. Mi lema es: comun\u00edquese con un mejor estado de salud mental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I\u2019m very results-driven. Doing an amazing \u00a0job and achieving the desired end result is my primary motivation. While I enjoy working on projects on my own, I\u2019m particularly motivated by the atmosphere of working in a team. It\u2019s very rewarding working closely with others who share the same common goals such as charites that support mental health well-being.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I like to take on a challenge; and I feel the biggest challenge worldwide that we are facing is mental health in all different severities. What motivates me is communication, it is one of the best talents that any person can possess, from a young age I was taught to listen before you speak and when you do speak make sure your point is valid and clear therefore learning good communication skills from a young age has helped me to promote and articulate briefly the epidemic of destigmatizing mental health in all societies today. En mi vida he pasado tanto por el bullying como ni\u00f1a, pero sobre todo por la ansiedad social de adolescente que inevitablemente me hizo preguntar qui\u00e9n soy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de numerosas conversaciones y el apoyo alentador de familiares y amigos, tom\u00e9 la decisi\u00f3n de hacer algo que me asustara m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de cualquier cosa que haya hecho en mi vida, pero que me hace sentir m\u00e1s seguro de s\u00ed mismo y creo que puedo lograrlo si realmente lo hago, poner mi mente en ello.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">My journey to the stage for Miss Universe was one I questioned did I want to do out of pure nervousness and self doubt. I have over come so much in my life from bullying as a small child but most of all social anxiety as a teenager which inevitably made me question who I am.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After numerous conversations and uplifting support from family members and friends I made the decision to do something that would both scary me beyond anything I had ever done in my life yet make me feel beyond confident in my own skin and believe I can achieve if I truly put my mind to it<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Socialiteen: <\/b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa para ti ser la representante de tu pa\u00eds?\/ What does it mean for you to be the contestant of your country?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Cail\u00edn \u00c1ine: <\/b>Estoy orgullosa de mi herencia irlandesa, con los a\u00f1os y en toda la historia irlandesa, las mujeres irlandesas han luchado por su independencia. Quiero ser la representante que comparte el orgullo de mi naci\u00f3n por nuestra hermosa isla verde, por el lugar que orgullosamente llamo HOGAR. Quiero ser un portavoz de esta gran y orgullosa naci\u00f3n junto con la expectativa que se espera de la Miss Universo y viajar por todo el pa\u00eds para difundir la armon\u00eda, el amor, la paz, la diversi\u00f3n y la esperanza. Quiero empoderar a quienes me rodean para que sean seguros, hermosos y se enorgullezcan de s\u00ed mismos. Atesoro el valor central de la humanidad que me gu\u00eda a la comprensi\u00f3n de las personas, por qu\u00e9 act\u00faan de la manera en que lo hacen entre s\u00ed y c\u00f3mo viven sus propias vidas. Usar\u00e9 estos valores centrales seg\u00fan mi leal saber y entender, no solo para ayudar a los dem\u00e1s, sino tambi\u00e9n para mostrarles a los dem\u00e1s c\u00f3mo pueden entender a los dem\u00e1s, para que trabajando juntos podamos ayudar a la sociedad a progresar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I am proud of my Irish heritage. Over the years and throughout Irish history, Irish women have fought for their independence. I want to be the representative that shares my nation&#8217;s pride for our beautiful green Isle, for the place that I proudly call HOME. I want to be a spokesperson for this great, proud nation along with the expectation that is expected of the Miss Universe title holder and travel nationwide spreading harmony, love, peace, fun and hope. I want to be empowering those around me to be confident, beautiful and take pride in themselves. I treasure the core value of humanity which guides me into understanding people, why they act the way they do towards one another and how they are living their own lives.
